It’s the end of A season, but it’s not quite the end of THE season, at least not for a few hardy hikers or for Sounds of the Trail. Not many northbounders are still braving the mountain passes, but we ran into a few still heading for Maine. Special guests Smokey Bear, Homegrown, and Bailey the dog.
Sounds of the Trail is back after a short hiatus. We’re in the process of transitioning to an off-trail broadcast, and figuring out what that’s going to look like. We have some good stuff lined up so be sure to tune in.
If you are interested in getting in contact with Smokey Bear and Homegrown, either to do a little Trail Angel-ing or to possibly collaborate on some of the photo/video that they’ve been collecting, shoot an email to email@example.com and I will get everyone in touch.
We’re happy to be back! Thanks for listening.

So glad you are back! I’m on episode 10, not allowing myself to listen more than once a week, hoping I wouldn’t get to episode 22 before there was a 23. Now, my winter listening is assured. 🙂

Another great episode. I hope I can keep finding good outdoor podcasts to listen to until spring. Then I’ll go make my own adventures. I’ve also been listening to Trailside Radio, The Trail Show and Dirtbag Diaries.

Thank you Sounds Of The Trail and Kimchi for a great experience. Keep sending those good vibrations and calling on nature for inspiration and support. Each day I am thankful to have done the trail and can share the positive in many more ways. Remember that with each day you have already arrived and that there are blessings all around you. Be happy and be well for you are an amazing story in an amazing book. It’s up to you what goes in the pages. Just rember there is only one author, you.. so make it grand!
